[netCDFJava #RDP-163061]: Java and NetCDF Question

So I did a hexdump -C on the bad file and the characters "HDF"
only appear twice: once in the header magic number and once
as lower case in an attribute constant. Both as expected.

Since HDF does not otherwise appear, my speculation is that
when the object is read, the RAF position is wrong.
