[netCDFJava #RDP-163061]: Java and NetCDF Question

Not sure if this relevant, but...
I the ncdump from netcdf-c version 4.5rc1
(libhdf 1.18)
and it was able to successfully dump all three
of the files you originally sent (P000399-401).
