[netCDF #ISZ-928758]: issue with netcdf building

Hello Paolo,

You can safely ignore this test failure, as it is a side effect of an empty 
file that was accidentally included in the 4.4.0 release.  You could also 
update to the latest release, 4.4.1.1; we are preparing the 4.5.0 release, if 
you want to wait for that.  If you require or prefer 4.4.0, however, you can 
safely ignore this failure.
