[netCDFJava #RDP-163061]: Java and NetCDF Question

Further info.
1. I confirmed that the RAF has been positioned to zero because in the call to
       H5header#private DataObject(long address, String who)
   address=0 and who=null
2. Looking at the call stack, the file is being examined
   for an attribute name "DIMENSION_LIST" which for a netcdf-4
   file, contains the dimension scales names, which is more or less
   the names of shared dimensions.
3. If DIMENSION_LIST is found, then the code calls "makeAttribute"
   with the claim: "// this reads in the data"
Needs more exploration.
