Sorry, I'm still not sure what you are asking for. There are several digital image formats that are all called RAW formats, and more than one of them use the .raw extension for file names. See a Google search for ".raw" file for example. There is a Wikipedia article on "The RAW image format": http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raw_image_format that describes many formats, including one from Panasoonic using the .raw extension.
