[netCDF #CCI-504267]: nccopy and opendap/thredds does not attach units value to variables

Ok, I am completely baffled because I cannot duplicate
this problem using ncdump. One last attempt. Can you send
me the exact ncdump command you used that failed to show
the air:Units.
