[netCDF #FUV-860638]: NetCDF 4.1.2 beta failing on RHEL4 "ctest"

This error normally means that ctest.c did not compile.
The ctest.c file is generated by ncgen, so that
is probably where the problem is. Can you send me the
generated ctest.c file?
