[netCDF #FUV-860638]: NetCDF 4.1.2 beta failing on RHEL4 "ctest"

Rich-
The problem is that there is a bad ncdump/ctest.c file
in the distribution. Since it exists, the makefile does
not attempt to remake it, hence the error. If you delete it,
then rebuild, everything should go ok.
