[netCDF #RUE-876772]: Netcdf/opendap build

This archive contains answers to questions sent to Unidata support through mid-2025. Note that the archive is no longer being updated. I see the problem; I am not sure why it is
failing for you since it works here.

In any case, in the ncdap_test directory, replace the files
    tst_ncdap.sh
and
    tst_remote.sh

with the attached versions.
Let me know if that fixes the problem.
