[netCDF #RUE-876772]: Netcdf/opendap build

I need you to do the following experiment.

1. Go into the directory .../netcdf-4.1/ncdap_test
2. Edit tst_ncdap.sh and change
       #set -x
   to
       set -x

3. do the command "make check" in the ncdap_test directory

4. send me all the output from the make check command.
