Hi Jon,

Sorry, this was an oversight that we are fixing now.  The
F77 interface has NF_PUT_VLEN_ELEMENT and NF_GET_VLEN_ELEMENT
functions, but the corresponding functions for the f90
interface are missing, as you have noticed.

We'll try to get these in the next release, perhaps this week.
