[netCDF #QBV-178230]: netcdf.h file

Hi Gabriella,

If you get the netCDF 3.6.3 source release from

  ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/netcdf-3.6.3.tar.gz

and unpack it, you can use libsrc/netcdf.h.  In later releases
of netCDF, the netcdf.h file is actually generated at build time
from characteristics of the devvelopment environment.

You may already know this, but you can also generate a netCDF
file from the CDL description using the "ncgen" tool with the
"-o" or "-b" option.
