Hi Hsie, We can't login to cirrus anymore. This situation occurred when two of us tried SSHing to cirrus at the same time so that we could both login to rainbow and troubleshoot the 'Processed oldest product' messages that were experienced when running LDM-6.13.0 yesterday. Is there anything you can do to let two of us in at the same time?
