Hi Hsie, We want to try a series of test aimed at finding out why you experience 'Processed oldest product' messages in the LDM log file when running LDM-6.13.0. The tests we want to run require that new versions of the LDM be installed at each step, and, as you know, one needs 'root' privilege to install the LDM. The questions for you are: - if you are willing to allow us to conduct these tests? - if yes, are you willing to give us the necessary credentials to be able to install new versions of the LDM ourselves?
