[LDM #YBA-192887]: [LDM] dm not logging to ldmd.log and not receiving data

Since we do not manage the machine you are trying to REQUEST IDD feeds from
(idd.cptec.inpe.br), and since you do not have an ALLOW for Unidata machines
in your LDM configuration file (~ldm/etc/ldmd.conf), we are not able to
troubleshoot your problem.  Please contact someone at CPTEC for direct help.
