[AWIPS #GXY-460628]: Issues with recently installed EDEX Server

Hey Brian,

I actually did just come across something yesterday which might help with this 
directly.
Can you tell me if you have the following files and if so, can you send them to 
me so I
can take a quick look at them?
/awips2/edex/conf/resources/grib.properties
/awips2/edex/etc/ingestGrib.sh

I think we can increase the maximum memory for the JVM that is running the 
ingest grib
process.  That might solve your issue.
