[AWIPS #EMW-636311]: Error instantiating workbench: null

Hi Bailyn,

I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue.  This is caused from your computer 
using IPv6 
connections.  To fix the issue do the following:
1. In Windows 10, search for "Control Panel"
2. Once in Control Panel, look for "Network and Sharing Center"
3. Click "Change adapter settings"
4. Select the adapter for your current connection (Should either be "Ethernet" 
or "Wi-Fi")
5. Click Properties
6. Uncheck "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)

Once that is done you should be able to re-open CAVE from scratch and you 
should no longer
get that error message.
