Hi Brian,
If the files are ending up in the /awips2/data_store/... directories then I
would say the issue has
to do with the processing of the files. There should be some information in
the ingestGrib log, which
is located in /awips2/edex/logs/ and will be named:
edex-ingestGrib-[year month day].log
If the files decode properly you should see some entry for them in the
/awips2/edex/data/hdf5/
sub directories.
