Hi Jim, I apologize, I don't think this part of the application is the most intuitive. The "Time Options" item in the "Options" dropdown menu is actually a checkbox. You can turn it on/off. If it's on you should see a check mark to the right of the text. When it's turned on, any product you go to load will launch the Time Options dialog prior to loading data.
