[THREDDS #XPY-504678]: RE: Problem processing test NetCDF 4 files

If I do an 'ncdump -sh <file>' for each file, it appears that
some of the variables in the this file are using zip at deflate level 5.
OR_ABI-L1b-RadF-M4C01_G16_s20161811455312_e20161811500122_c20161811500175--sectorized.nc'

Some variables in the other file have deflate at level 1.
