[THREDDS #UZH-547818]: Unable to load NetCDF4 library

I'd like to stress that the most reliable way to get this all working is to 
follow the build directions [1] to the letter and to create all the shared libs 
in the same directory (such as /usr/local/lib). It's certainly possible to 
install each dependency in a different location, but it sharply increases the 
number of things that can go wrong.

If all else fails, you may want to rebuild the artifacts in such a manner.
