[netCDF #YPF-485187]: NETCDF make check install fail: ../ncgen/test-suite.log, FAIL: run_tests.sh

Hello,

It appears that you are running 'configure' and 'make check'; due to a bug in 
4.4.1.1 (fixed in the upcoming release), you need to run 'configure' and 'make' 
and 'make check' in order for the ncdump utility to be built before the ncgen 
tests are run.
