[netCDF #HAW-868287]: syntax error, unexpected WORD_WORD , expecting SCAN_ATTR or SCAN_DATASET or SCAN_ERROR

Thanks for the reminder. See if you can get the curl
command to read one of the .das or .dds urls. You should only
need .netrc setup for that. If the curl command can read it,
then that says libcurl is probably not the problem.
