[netCDF #BYK-405524]: netcdf4 test-suite.log

Hi Mike,

Those failures are (unfortunately) not super informative.  Can you provide the 
config.log generated when you ran 'configure'?  Also, what version(s) of HDF5 
and parallel-netcdf are you using?
