[netCDF #LYH-549747]: questions about run netcdf examples on C++

Hello,

It sounds like you need to either install the netCDF binary libraries, or 
configure visual studio to link against them.  You can download the binary 
installers from http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs/winbin.html.  
These will install the header files and libraries you require linking against.  
Install this and see if you can resolve the issue, otherwise please follow up 
with me!
