[netCDF #WJC-205904]: Two failures when running make check install netcdf-c-4.4.1

Hello Walter,

From the test-suite.log file you provided, I see the following:

FAIL: tst_inmemory_nc3.sh
=========================

rm: cannot remove './results/ref_tst_unicode.dmp': Permission denied
rm: cannot remove './results/unlimtest1.nc': Permission denied
rm: cannot remove './results/simple_xy.dmp': Permission denied
(...)

This suggests to me that there is a permissions issue going on; perhaps 'make 
check' had been run via `sudo` initially.  However it occurred, I would ensure 
that you have the correct permissions on files and the directory and try again. 
 If make check continues to fail, let me know and I'll be happy to help 
diagnose.
