Hello Winston,

My apologies for the delayed response!  Unfortunately, we don't offer netCDF 
3.6.2 as a download any more; it is a very old version.  You might try the 
latest version, netCDF-C 4.4.0, available from 
https://github.com/Unidata/netcdf-c/releases.  

I'm sorry I can't provide the version you're looking for, but hopefully this 
will be helpful.
