[netCDFJava #VGQ-678069]: Tools UI doesn't show the attributes from a DAP access

I have asked opendap.org about the "nan." vs "nan" issue.
It is possible, but painful to fix the netcdf-Java client code
to not fail completely when the DAS does not parse. But bluntly,
this would be a low priority issue for us because it happens so rarely.
