[netCDF #XPE-388375]: netcdf check report

Hi,

According to the test-suite.log you attached, you are using HDF5-1.8.5, but 
netCDF-4 version 4.3.3.1 requires at least HDF5-1.8.9, so you need to
update your HDF5 library, preferably to the latest release (1.8.15) but to
at least 1.8.9 before building a recent version of netCDF.
