[netCDF #DVT-637027]: Next NetCDF release (C/Fortran/C++)

Hi Sean,

That should not be there; I'll correct.  We have a release candidate out now 
for 4.4.0; there will be another RC coming this week, and then the full release 
should follow in the next week or two, depending on feedback we receive.
