[netCDF #IHT-352541]: netcdf-4.3.2: Make Errors

Hello,

Thank you for providing the test log.  The message in the log file indicates 
that the tests are unable to find the remote test server, 
'remotetest.unidata.ucar.edu'.  Can you confirm that you are able to access 
this site from your computer? You should be able to enter the address in your 
web browser and see if it brings up a web page.  If it does not, then the issue 
is unfortunately on your end.  You can get around this by passing the option 
--disable_dap_remote_tests when you run configure.  This way the tests related 
to the remote server will not run when you invoke 'make check'.
