[netCDF #SRV-157442]: netcdf-4.3.1.1 Installation Problem

Hi, 

You can safely ignore those errors.  They are due to a change in the Unidata 
test servers and affect older versions of netcdf.  You can disable those tests 
by configuring with --disable-remote-tests.
