[netCDF #FZY-695467]: Urgent Query

Hello Kunal,

I also was unable to initially open this file using the 'ncdump' utility, 
but after looking at it in a hex editor I see that it is a netcdf/hdf4
file.  You will need to install a verison of the netcdf library that 
supports hdf4 data access and configure GRaDS to work with
it.
