[netCDF #WUA-256764]: query (urgent)

Here's some information on ways to convert text data into netCDF files:

Other than ncgen, there is no tool that comes with the netCDF C distribution
to convert text to netCDF.

If you can get the text data into Excel, there is a freely available plugin that
can write netCDF from Excel:
