Huh. That would seem to indicate that there's nothing wrong with the 
netcdf-perl module, NetCDF.so because the dynamic loader knows where to find 
everything.

Are you sure adding "/usr/lib64" to the environment variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH 
doesn't fix the "make test" command?
