It seems like the "libcurl" is missing from the system, but that's inconsistent
with the listing you sent previously.

In order to use the netCDF library, the "libcurl" library must be available.
Try using ldd(1) on one of the netCDF utilities (e.g., ncdump(1)) to see what
it lists for the "libcurl" library.
You could also try adding a reference to the "libcurl" library to the
environment variable "LD_NETCDF" and rebuild the netCDF-Perl package (after
executing the command "make distclean", of course).
