[netCDF #WPU-258955]: broken opendap sub-setting

Sorry, I am having trouble duplicating the problem.
The URLS you have been sending appear to have a short
lifetime. I need a stable url to test this. Can you capture
one of the failing datasets and stick it in some permanent
location that I can access?
