[THREDDS #IPE-230389]: HDF5 Support in THREDDS

I think there are two different issues here.
the first is that null pointer exception which
should not happen and I will see if I can duplicate it.

The second is the issue of serving bzipped files.
I am not sure that thredds supports it (John?)
