Thanks for the information, it sounds like the U.S. NOAA Office of Oceanic and 
Atmospheric Research is associated with the NWS. The problem I have is what 
parameter table is used to decode the data? The NWS has about 14 different 
parameter tables. If you have a copy of the table, I could compare it to the 
ones I have installed or implement it in our list of tables.
