[netCDF #YYM-734195]: 64 bit SunStudio cc/f90 netcfd 4.0

Dr. Grabowski,

I can verify that all the netCDF tests pass on a Solaris platform
using Solaris compilers with -m64, if you first build with gcc with
CFLAGS including -m64 and then copy the one object file
ncdump/dumplib.o from the gcc build tree into the Solaris ncdump/
directory, then run "make check" and "make install".

For now, this is the only workaround to the problem.  I've added a note
on this to the "Known Problems with netCDF 4.0.1" at

  http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs/known_problems.html

Please let me know if you want any changes to that entry, and thanks
again for reporting the problem.
