[netCDF #WWQ-664381]: netcdf 4.0 filesize for large arrays

Morten,

I meant to mention that although the chunk sizes and shapes
are a persistent property of variables, the per-variable
chunk cache sizes may be changed to match access patterns.

Getting chunk sizes and shapes right requires trying to anticipate
how data will be accessed later, but the right chunk cache sizes
can be determined and specified each time you open a file.
