[netCDF #GBQ-783024]: How to install netcdf-4 with PGI

Hi,

The config.log file you attached looks OK.  Errors are expected in
config.log, as it is recording the output from various tests that
the configure script runs to determine properties of the platform
on which it is running, in order to generate Makefiles.  It looks
like your configure succeeded in generating the Makefiles, so the
next step is to run

  make check install

as described in this quick installation guide:
