We don't develop, maintain, or document the ANDI software that uses netCDF, so
we
don't know much about it.  We can answer netCDF questions and point you to the
netCDF documentation and website

but for information specific to the ANDI standard, I can only recommend
checking the
active ASTM standards available by searching for "netcdf" from the standards
page
at http://www.astm.org/ or the development site at http://andi.sourceforge.net/
