Did you ever get netCDF to build with your intel compiler?

We do have some reports of successful builds by setting some flags:
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs/other-builds.html#linux_ifort

Please let me know if you still need help building netCDF on this platform.
