[netCDF #XPX-494461]: question about fortran

Hi Robo,

Our Windows expert is on vacation for a couple of weeks, but I think you can 
use one of these files, depnding on which Fortran compiler you have:

  ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/contrib/win32/win32_ifort_dll.tar.gz
  ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/contrib/win32/win32_pgi_dll.tar.gz

I think the latter one is for the Compaq Visual Fortran, whereas the first one 
is for the Intel Fortran compiler.
