[netCDF #QOO-203677]: compiling fortran 90 interface on Linux

Howdy!

NetCDF compiles with the intel fortran compiler, also pathscale, gfortran, Sun 
OS f95, xlf95, and more. For a list of the platfroms 3.6.1 was tested on, see 
here:

There is a problem building netCDF 3.6.1 with gfortrn 4.1 (the newest release). 
A 3.6.2 alpha release is due any day now which addresses this problem.

If you would like to get your build working with ifort, I suggest you look here:
