[netCDF #FTM-873482]: Problem building GMT/netcdf on macintel?

Yes, it looks like netCDF has already been compiled, with perhaps a different 
compiler, perhaps a different set of compile flags.

Perhaps you should build netCDF yourself, with the same compiler and flags that 
you are using on the other package.
