Re: netCDF V2.0

You shouldn't need to do any conversion, since the format hasn't changed.

Although the source code for netCDF is version 2.4 (with some changes and
bug fixes since earlier versions), the format is still version 1.

If we need to change the format in the future, the library will be written
to read data in earlier versions of the format, so you still won't need to
convert your data.
