Your problem is likely due to our LDM's configuration-file not having an ALLOW
entry for your LDM's IP address.
What is the IP address that our LDM would see for your LDM?

I'm sorry, but you shouldn't assume that you can get data from us for free
because we're only chartered to supply data to US universities. We'll have to
discuss this and get back to you.
