[LDM #DOD-588455]: Re: Upgrade to LDM 6.13.12.42?

Hi Pete,

Your new LDM was doing exactly what it should. Products were arriving that were 
more than an hour old, so the LDM simply threw them away to maximize throughput.

It doesn't appear to be a bug.
